Theatre

Theatre is the branch of the stage arts defined as simply as what occurs when one or more human beings cut off in time and/or space; present themselves to another or others. By this broad definition, theater has existed since the dawn of man, as a result of human tendency for story telling. Since its inception, theater has come to take on many forms, often utilizing elements such as speech, gesture, music, dance, and spectacle, combining the other performing arts, often as well as the visual arts, into a single creative form. Modern Western theater is dominated by realism, although many other forms, including traditional and experimental forms, as well as Eastern form, are frequently performed.
The most recognizable figures in theatre are the directors, playwrights, and actors, but theatre is a highly collaborative endeavor. Plays are usually produced by a production team that frequently includes a scenic or set designer, lighting designer, costume designer, sound designer, dramaturg, stage director, and production manager. The artistic staff is assisted by technical theatre personnel who handle formation and execution of the production.

Energy meter

An electric meter or energy meter is a machine that measures the amount of electrical energy supplied to a residence or business. These are customers of an electric company.
The most common type is more accurately known as a (kilo) watt-hour meter or a joule meter. They may also record other variables including the time, when the electricity was used. Modern electricity meters operate by continuously measuring the instantaneous voltage and current (amperes) and finding the product of these to give direct electrical power (watts) which is then integrated against time to give energy used (joules, kilowatt-hours etc). The meters fall into two essential categories, electromechanical and electronic. The type of meter described commonly used on a single-phase AC supply. Different phase of meter configurations use additional voltage and current coils. The most general type of electricity meter is the electromechanical induction meter.

Software

Software, consisting of programs, enables a computer to perform specific tasks, as opposed to its physical components which can only do the responsibilities they are mechanically designed for. The term includes application software such as word processors which perform helpful tasks for users, system software such as operating systems, which interface with hardware to run the necessary services for user-interfaces and applications, and middleware which controls and co-ordinates distributed system.
Computer software has to be loaded into the computer's storage space ( memory or RAM). Once the software is loaded, the computer is able to implement the software. Computers control by executing the computer program. This involves passing instructions from the application software, through the system software, to the hardware which finally receives the instruction as machine code. Each instruction causes the computer to carry out an operation moving data, transport out a computation, or altering the control flow of instructions.
